I ❤️Love my Cast Iron Panniyaram Pan that I bought 4 years ago on Amazon. This beauty comes pre-seasoned, but it just keeps getting better with each use. If you are someone who knows how to care for cast irons, then this is a MUST HAVE in your kitchen! I have 2 Pans (different brands, I use both simultaneously for faster cooking) & this one has deeper holes compared to the other one, so it makes bigger panniyarams. If you don’t want them to be very big, just pour less batter. I even make vadas for Dahi vada in this pan. The possibilities are endless. I highly recommend this one if you’re looking to buy one.
