I use these (different brand) a lot for cooking multiple dishes in my Instant Pot – Rice/Quinoa, Dal and Veggies at one go! I put soaked dal in the bottom of the IP with some water. In these stackable pans I put rice/quinoa in one and veggies in the other. I generally use rice mode if the dal is soaked for atleast 20mins, else pressure cook for 10mins on high pressure. After the pressure is released, I just make tadka for the veggies and dal separately on the stove top.
