I ❤️Love my Cast Iron Panniyaram Pan that I bought 4 years ago. This beauty comes pre-seasoned, but it just keeps getting better with each use. If you are someone who knows how to care for cast irons, then this is a MUST HAVE in your kitchen! I have 2 Pans (different brands, I use both simultaneously for faster cooking) & this one has deeper holes compared to the other one, so it makes bigger panniyarams. If you don’t want them to be very big, just pour less batter. I even make vadas for Dahi vada in this pan. The possibilities are endless. I highly recommend this one if you’re looking to buy one.

My personal feedback on similar SS cutting boards w/ lip
I like this option over the double sided ones simply because they sit flush against your counter & you also get a larger work area. I got mine (different brand) over 2 years ago & have since also ditched my roti rolling board & use this instead (alongside of using this for chopping fruits & veggies, of course😉). If you prep meat & fish, SS cutting boards are the best working surfaces because they can easily be sanitized & since they are non-porous (unlike wood), they don’t have crevices that promote the growth of bacteria.
