I bought this immediately last year on reading the reviews – over 6000 reviews with 4.9 stars, which is about as close to perfection as it can get. On using it, I can absolutely confirm that the reviews are on point! It’s great for digging up weeds with long roots, for digging to a certain depth for planting (thanks to the markings), and so on.
It goes through the ground (even dry-ish ground) like butter, and with a twisting motion, you can pull out even weeds with the most stubborn, deep-seated roots completely! As you can see, hand pulling often leaves the root system completely in the ground and you end up accomplishing nothing. This is a total game changer for weeding!
