I bought the 3-Qt option & loving the quality on this one. The pot has a nice weight to it – enough for the food to not stick to the bottom, but not too heavy to make lifting/use difficult. The hammered finish is an elegant touch too! I use it to make Sambar, dals, rice & soups etc. & never had any issues with food sticking to the bottom.
