My personal feedback on similar SS cutting boards w/ lip
I like this option over the double sided ones simply because they sit flush against your counter & you also get a larger work area. I got mine (different brand) about 2 years ago & have since also ditched my roti rolling board & use this instead (alongside of using this for chopping fruits & veggies, of course😉). If you prep meat & fish, SS cutting boards are the best working surfaces because they can easily be sanitized & since they are non-porous (unlike wood), they don’t have crevices that promote the growth of bacteria.
